Why isn't a Record Type of Workflow visible from the store front?

To be accessible from the storefront:

  • Record Types:  They must be published and Who Can Submit should be set to either Employees Only or Public. 
  • Workflows:  Their Who Can Submit drop down menu must be set to either Employees Only (Private) or Public.

Also, their respective Category must be set to Published and the Who Can View drop down menu must be set to either Employees Only or Public.

Please note: When the submissions are set to Employees Only, then only employee users will see them on the website.
