About Projects

The Projects functionality allows municipalities to associate various permits to one another. For example, if a new mall is being built in town, with several contractors and permits issued, you may want to associate all of the records together in one project.

This function is enabled at the Record Type level.

To enable Projects on a Record Type:

  1. Go to Settings > Record Types.
  2. Click on the specific Record Types.
  3. In the Settings section, click the switch next to Projects to "ON."
